This store is based in Tampere, Finland.
The product prices include Finnish value added tax 24% (VAT). I reserve the rights to change prices and delivery charges. I supply products in Finland as well as abroad.
Payment Methods
The orders are paid during check-out either by
1. Checkout Finland payment service, enabling you to pay by either online bank service as well as by card,
2. PayPal payment service, where the payment is transferred from your PayPal account.
If these payment methods do not work for you for one reason or another, you can also order products by invoice. With invoice first email me which products you would like to order and also give me your name, phone numeber and address and I will make you an invoice. Please note that the products will only be sent when the invoice has been paid and the payment appears on the account of Kuusade.
Estimated delivery time and shipping cost
The online store of Kuusade automatically calculates the shipping costs according to which products you put in the shopping cart and to which address the order is sent. Kuusade charges the customer for delivery costs only as much as they cost the merchant, i.e. there are no hidden extra costs.
If your order contains products LESS than 3cm thick and/or its weight is LESS than 250g, you can choose the delivery methods

The order can be picked up from the city of Tampere or Nokia depending on to the schedule of Kuusade. Contact us before placing an order to arrange pickup.
Please note that pick-up from events is only possible for products in stock, if not separately agreed upon.
Smaller products are sent most cheaply by letter. However, Kuusade always recommends to choose package delivery with a tracking code. If your order disappears from the transport company, please contact me and I will try to find out where the order has disappeared. But after all, Kuusade is not responsible for lost shipments anyway.
Orders are shipped in approximately 1-60 business days, depending on the availability of the product. If the product is in stock and not a custom work, the order normally ships in about a week. NOTE! as an exception, however, the weeks and the week before them, when Kuusade participates in various events, when the transmission may be delayed.
With custom works, the delivery time varies, up to 60 business days.
Kuusade sends deliveries only once a week unless agreed differently beforehand. If your order is urgent, please contact Kuusade before placing the order. I will happily try to arrange your order by post as soon as possible!
Please note that your order will be sent in one package, I do not divide the order into parts. So if your order contains products in stock and products that are custom made, your order will be sent when all the products are ready.
I pack your order carefully using different packaging materials to protect your order. Kuusade is not responsible for any damages caused by third parties, such as transport companies.
Returns and cancellations
Asiakkaalla on lakisääteinen 14 päivän kaupan peruutusoikeus tilauksen vastaanottamisesta, jonka aikana asiakkaalla on oikeus peruuttaa tilauksensa tai siitä osa. Palautettavan tuotteen pitää olla käyttämätön. Peruutusoikeus ei koske esimerkiksi asiakkaan toivomusten mukaisesti valmistettuja mittatilaustuotteita eli tilaustöitä.

Lunastamaton tilaus ei ole sama asia kuin palautus ja peruutus. Lunastamatta eli hakematta jätetystä tilauksesta, jonka palautuksesta ei ole erikseen sovittu, perimme toimituskustannukset.
The customer has a legal right to cancel the transaction of webshop orders within 14 days of receiving the order, during which time the customer has the right to cancel the order or part of it. The returned product must be unused. The right of cancellation does not apply, for example, to custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s wishes, i.e. custom work.
Kuusade does not reimburse the costs incurred for the return, except if the product is defective. The return costs are therefore the responsibility of the customer.

An unclaimed order is not the same as a return and cancellation.
Other considerations
Kuusade is not responsible for the delay caused by force majeure or the inconvenience caused by it.
Please note that each picture in the online store is taken from one example of the product. However, some of the products of Kuusade are handmade, so there may be variations in the product you receive. I also take product photos in the best possible light, from different angles, but the screen of the computer used can also slightly distort the colors.
Kuusade reserves the right to all its products. The products may not be used for advertising purposes or for resale without separate permission. Which often warms up, as long as you ask.
